Information & FAQ

✔ What I do draw:Original characters.

✘ What I don’t draw:Explicit NSFW.
Mecha or robots. (Prosthetics & guns are OK.)
Furry/Anthro (not my speciality.)

What is the process like?

Keep in mind that some commission processes may be different, such as paintings, full illustrations, or character sheets.

Here's an example of how a commission with me could go. With every step, I would send you an image update for your commission!1. I’ll reply to your commission form with your preferred method of communication to say your commission has been accepted. I will then place you on my queue so that you can track when your commission is ready to begin.2. When your turn arrives, I will send you a message with various compositions & rough sketches based on your commission form information. Here, large changes can be made for free, such as the pose and layout. Full payment is to be given when the composition is agreed upon.3. Then, I refine the composition sketch to become clearer and include more details. Changes to clothes, weaponry, and features could be made here.4. I line the sketch, ready for colouring. Changes to clothes, weaponry, and features could be made here.Past this point, small changes such as colour adjustments and fine details are free, but larger ones such as changing clothing items or environments may cost an extra fee. Ask me if you’re unsure!5. The next part is the colouring phase. Flat colours are applied and various colour gradients are also applied so that you can decide what mood you would like.6. The final shading/polishing phase. Shading is applied and colours adjusted. Then it is complete!

FAQ

What sort of commissions do you do?I am primarily a character-design based artist. I can also design props and items.How long do the commissions take?They will typically take between 1-8+ weeks to complete, depending on complexity. This does not include the queue wait time.Will you draw something that isnt on your list?I'm always open to new things! Feel free to message or email me if you want to ask.Are you open to commercial work?Yes, however, my commercial rates are different to my commission rates. If you want artwork to resell, re-purpose and merchandise, please message me for more information.

Terms and Conditions
By commissioning me, you agree to all of these requirements.Commission Communication:
I retain the right to refuse any commission.
You will be refunded in full if I must cancel the commission myself for personal reasons.
A commission's completion will be expected to take 1-8 weeks, on average. This does not include queue waiting time.
You must be older than 18 to commission me.
Any private details exchanged through PayPal or any payment avenues will be kept confidential.
The commission is not permitted to be minted or to be turned into an NFT.Payment:
Full payment is to be given after the composition sketch is agreed upon and completed.
If I do not get a reply within 14 days of when the payment is due, the commission will be cancelled and you will have to re-apply to the queue.

I have the right to post the work-in-progress and completed versions of commission on my social medias, along with the appropriate credit of the commissioner, unless requested otherwise.
The commission piece is for personal and non-profit use only by the client, unless stated otherwise. For example, it can be used for profile pictures, re-used for reference, and reposted by the client only. Please provide full source and credit to me (@lurrlonde) if used in any of these ways.Thanks for reading!

Additional Fees

These fees will be added on top of the base price.• Armor complexity increases price by 20%, e.g. detailed chestpieces, chains, large weaponry.• 75% increase of base price for every extra character added. (exceptions for Sketch Bundle)• Complex backgrounds increases price by 50%, e.g. forests, buildings, environments.• Simple backgrounds are free, like flat colours, shapes, and blurred images.
